Tribute Custom Pickups is a brand born from a passion for perfect sound and a love of music. Tribute Custom Pickups combine classic aesthetics with modern precision. Each pickup is carefully crafted in Poland, using the finest components to ensure excellent sound and highlight the unique character of the instrument. Tribute Custom Pickups is the ideal choice if you want to unlock your guitar’s full potential.

Tribute Custom Pickups were initially created for our signature Tribute instruments. However, after the first tests, we decided to offer them to everyone because of their exceptional sound and unique character, allowing musicians to enjoy top-tier tones!

The Dirty Blues pickups are classic single-coils with a modern twist in their sound. They produce a full, rounded tone with a higher output, making them ideal for genres like blues, classic rock, and hard rock, but they also shine wherever a classic single-coil sound is needed.

For these pickups, we used Plain Enamel wire insulation, which delivers a bright, clear tone, slightly warmer than Heavy Formvar, yet retains excellent note separation, even with heavier distortion. This type of wire also enhances midrange tones and increases the pickup's dynamics. The Alnico 5 magnet version provides a slightly brighter and punchier sound, while the Alnico 2 version offers greater articulation sensitivity and a more balanced tone.

The middle pickup is reverse-wound and reverse-polarized, ensuring hum-free sound in positions 2 and 4. Meanwhile, the bridge pickup is slightly hotter with a pronounced midrange, making it well-suited for rock tones and offering an even broader tonal palette.

Each pickup is wax-potted for protection against microphonics, ensuring quiet, hum-free operation.

All Tribute Custom Pickups are wound with top-quality wire from the American company MWS Wire Industries, which has supplied wire to luthiers and custom pickup makers since the 1970s. Precision and quality are guaranteed by Hathor Pickups’ workshop.
