1. How to find a product in GuitarPartsCenter.eu
You can look for desired products using a catalog divided into categories and subcategories.
Most of the main categories are visible on the menu on the grey strip on the top of the home page of the store. After you have placed your cursor on the chosen category, the menu will roll out showing more options. If you are not sure which category to start from, we suggest you use our search engine visible next to our logo. Please remember not to type in too complicated descriptions as it will make it impossible to find the product you are looking for.
2. How to add products to the cart
If you have found the product you have been looking for you can check its description and technical data by clicking on the product's photo. This will take you to the product's page, where you can find the “ADD TO CART” button just under the price, and by clicking it you add the products to the cart. After you have done it you can go straight to the cart or you can return to browsing for other products.
3. How to check product availability
On every product's page right under its name and next to the photo you can find the availability status. This lets you know if the item is available right away or it's available on order. Estimated time of shipping can be found under Information about product's availability.
4. How to finish an order in the cart
After you have added all the chosen products to the cart, you can check its content by clicking on the carts icon just next to the search engine. Here you can change and correct the amounts of products you want to order. Next, in order to proceed, you need to fill in and choose shipping and payment methods.
First of all, we need you to pick the country of destination and then the shipping method available for your country. International orders are shipped via PRIORITY MAIL and GLS (General Logistics Systems B.V.). Domestic orders can be shipped via GLS, Mail, or InPost. The system displays the cost of shipping next to the chosen shipping method.
After the shipping method has been chosen we need you to pick your payment method. You can pay by card, or use quick or traditional bank transfers. Payment by cash is available only on delivery by GLS courier (domestic orders only).
7. Finishing your order
After you have chosen payment and shipping methods click on the “confirm and pay” button and the system will ask you to log on to your account. If you are doing shopping in our store for the first time we recommend you create a new account. If you don't want to create an account click on the “I am a new customer” button and fill in your shipping address and contact data. If you want to receive a VAT invoice click on the “please include invoice” button and fill in additional information.
8. How to check the status of your order
If you have created an account in our store you can come back anytime and log in. This way you will have access to the status of your current order and the history of your previous orders.
