Thank you for your interest in our online store. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below you will find detailed information on how we handle your data.

1. Access data and hosting

You can visit our website without providing personal information. For each page request, the server automatically saves "server logs" (e.g., IP address, date, time, and data transferred). This is done to ensure the proper functioning of our website and to improve our offer, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Hosting

Access data is deleted no later than seven days after your visit. Hosting services are partly provided by external service providers as part of data processing on our behalf.

2. Data collection and processing

2.1 Data processing for contract fulfillment

We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide when placing an order (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). After the contract is fulfilled, further processing is restricted, and your data is deleted after the mandatory retention periods under tax and accounting laws, unless you give explicit consent for further use.

2.2 Customer account

If you consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), we will process your data to maintain your customer account. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us or using the dedicated function in your account settings.

2.3 Data processing for contact purposes

We process personal data provided via contact forms or email solely to handle your inquiries (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

3. Data processing for delivery purposes

To fulfill the contract, we pass your data to the shipping company chosen during the ordering process, only to the extent necessary to deliver the goods (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

4. Data processing for payment purposes

We work with external payment service providers to process online payments. Data is transferred to the selected payment provider for transaction fulfillment and fraud prevention (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Installment purchases

If you choose to pay in installments and provide consent, your data will be transferred to Santander Bank Polska S.A. for creditworthiness assessment.
