Specially grounded Alnico II magnets and moderate windings produce a warm, sweet tone with more natural string vibration for greater sustain. For those who prefer their distortion from the amp than the pickup, will also like these Alnico II Pro pickups. When restoring rules the distortion disappears and makes wonderfully clear sound with a softer approach course. Compared with the sounds of the '54 vintage Alnico II Pro has a rounder, with a softer bass response, that fits well with brighter sounding instruments.
