Complaints and Returns

Complaints
All new items purchased in our store come with a 24 month limited warranty against manufacutrers defects.

Consider troubleshooting the product first:
- Goto product's website and check for known issues
- Check the instruction manual
- Check for visible signs that the item could be damaged
- If an item works on a power supply or batteries, try using it on battery power only - the power supply itself may be at fault
- Remember not to use excessive force, or open items to try and repair them yourself. You will void your warranty!

To file a complaint follow these steps:

1. Fill in a complaint form available here or write an e-mail to shop@guitarpartscenter.eu. The complaint should contain following data: name, e-mail address, home adress, phone number, order number. Please specify the cause and the object of the complaint, the date of purchase and when the fault became apparent.

2. Shipping
After you have contacted our customer service and you have been given all the instructions, please send the item together with all the original accessories and a copy of a purchase document to the following address:

In special cases we can arrange a GLS courier to pick up the item from you – for more information contact our customer service.

If the complaint is accepted we will refund the shipping costs and ship back a new or a repaired item at our expense. Should the complaint be not accepted (e.g. the item is not faulty or you are resposible for the damage) you will be liable for all delivery costs.

After we have received the package with the item, we reserve the right to accept or deny the copmlaint within 14 days.


Returns
You have the right to return items without giving a reason within 14 days from recieving the order from the shipping company personally or by a third party. 

To return an item please write an e-mail to shop@guitarpartscenter.eu and inform us about your decision (within 14 days from receiving the item). After this please deliver the item as soon as possible within 14 days period. After that time returns will not be accepted.

We transfer the money back to the bank account of your choice as soon as possible but not later than 14 days since receiving the returned item. You can send the account number to which you want us to transfer money to via e-mail.

We refund the full value of the returned item provided that it has been returned undamaged and in a condition that indicates you have subjected it to normal use only. Items should be returned in their original packaging as far as it is possible.
Items ordered especially at a customer's request may be returned or exchanged at the manager's discretion only.
If possible please attach the receipt to the item you want to return (not obligatory).
We reserve the right to offer only a partial refund if the goods you are returning have been damaged or devalued.

Unless the item is faulty, you will be liable for all shipping costs of a return or an exchange.
